The JagerMech is a long-range fire support 'Mech capable of holding its own against most in its class. Its original design placed too much reliance on ballistic weaponry, leaving it vulnerable to ammunition shortages and explosions. The current designs trade the low-cost autocannons for mixed sets of lasers, maintaining long-range capability. The verdict is still out on the success of these variants. This particular version of the JagerMech is notable for being 5 tons heavier than other designs.
