Welcome. This page will show you to the Datatrax containing rules for the Clan Nova Cat Blooding. The Blooding is another Clan Trial, the first of the ones used in most warriors careers.

A Sibko Cadet, in order to become a warrior, must prove him- or herself worthy. The cadet must defeat a mechwarrior in 'mech combat. If the cadet defeats his first opponent, then another steps into the ring. This proccess is similar to the Trial of Position. If the cadet defeats the second challenger, then he is immediately ranked as a Star Commander.

Normally if a Sibko Cadet does not defeat any of his opponents, then he is relegated to a lower caste. But in our case this is impractical. The cadet will merely have to wait for the next Blooding in order to be ranked. Note that Clan Nova Cat has supreme confidence in its cadets, and is confident that all Cadets will be able to get ranked as, at least, a Mechwarrior. This is merely precautionary.
